However, the company did not have this effective strategy, and the main problem was the cross-cultural communication among the regions. The issue was that the company had more expenses on foreign departments, where employees from other regions g o t higher salar ies . In addition, another significant problem was in the hierarchy as every division was responsible for a significant duty and was controlled by the main office. Consequently, the company decided to replace some departments and set them nearby to each other as it helped in closer collaboration and fast share of information, as well as negotiations.

For people who do not speak Korean, it is crucial to hire interpreter, who will carefully translate all the statements of both sides as mistakes or misunderstanding can bring many inconveniences. In order to avoid various embarrassing situations during negotiations, it is more convenient to hire an interpreter from the team whom it is possible to trust and who is aware of every aspect of work of the company. In addition, the company can face such issue as cultural differences, especially in comparison with the western world. To compare with Korean attitude towards their leader, West is more democratic; however, the rule of the law is extremely vital. Cultural values of these two nations differ from each other, however, also have some similarities. According to future possible changes, it is possible to see that one of the major challenges is still competition. Today, Apple produces less than in the past, and its innovativeness lost some issues. However, in the computer industry , Apple has more significant success in comparison with Samsung. In addition, Samsung also has other competitors such as Sony, Asus, and HP, which are much stronger in technical and design sides. Handheld devices are the main force of the company, and today, Samsung succeeded most ly in this industry. First, because of acceptable prices; second, because of a wide range of choice, where every consumer can find his or her product, and also because in the recent years, the company pa id many attention to a design and high quality that is crucial for the modern consumer . The main advantage s of Samsung are high production rate and a wide range of products, but such significant issue as keeping the loyal customers also exist s .
